1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in any course, program, or training (collectively, “Courses”) offered by Supernatural Leadership Institute (SLI), Bible Davids Ministries, Supernatural Life Center Inc, or any of their affiliates, partners, instructors, representatives, or subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

2. Enrollment and Access

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access credentials to your selected eCourse through our online learning platform.

• Access is granted for the lifetime of the course, meaning as long as the course remains active and available within our system.
  

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire course materials at any time without prior notice.
  

• Access duration applies per course and does not imply perpetual platform access beyond the availability of the purchased course.
  

3. Payment Policy

• All payments made to Supernatural Leadership Institute, Bible Davids Ministries, Supernatural Life Center Inc, or any affiliate are final and nonrefundable, including deposits, partial payments, and completed payment plans.
  

• Students who enroll under a payment plan are required to complete all agreed-upon payments. Failure to fulfill the plan may result in suspension or termination of course access.

• Nonpayment does not release you from your financial obligation to complete your agreed-upon payments.

4. Course Access and Conduct

You agree to:

• Use your personal login credentials only and not share access with any other person.
  

• Maintain respectful and appropriate communication with instructors, staff, and fellow students.

• Use all course materials for personal educational purposes only and not for resale, redistribution, or commercial use.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content—including but not limited to videos, lessons, workbooks, written materials, assignments, and assessments—is the exclusive property of Supernatural Leadership Institute, Bible Davids Ministries, Supernatural Life Center Inc, and their affiliates.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or publicly share any course materials without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer

Courses are designed for spiritual, personal, and leadership development purposes.
Supernatural Leadership Institute, Bible Davids Ministries, Supernatural Life Center Inc, and their affiliates make no guarantees regarding personal, professional, or financial outcomes as a result of course participation. Individual results may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• You acknowledge that participation in these Courses is voluntary and based on your own discernment and judgment.
  

• Supernatural Leadership Institute, Bible Davids Ministries, Supernatural Life Center Inc, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, instructors, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, claim, damage, or liability of any kind arising from or related to:
  

  • Your participation in or reliance on course content;
    

  • Any interpretation, application, or misunderstanding of course materials;
    

  • Any act or omission by instructors or staff; or
    

  • The unavailability, modification, or removal of course content.

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supernatural Leadership Institute, Bible Davids Ministries, Supernatural Life Center Inc, their affiliates, and all associated personnel from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your enrollment, participation, or use of course content.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any student who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in unethical or disruptive behavior, or misuses course materials or communications.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website or learning platform. Continued participation after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
